Author: A friend of mine finally found someone whom he can spend the rest of his life with.He is been asking me of a way to propose marriage to her so I I told him to make it easier for him to do, he can say it with diamonds and he must be certain that it is diamonds so I also searched for the best place to find certified diamonds that can surely make his girlfriend say yes to his marriage proposal and get engage with each other.
