My friend is quite a shopper, she would spend hours upon hours walking into every store and boutique, and buying almost everything she saw. People nowadays are getting conscious about their health, with so many kinds of diseases and illnesses, living a healthier lifestyle is their best defense against these. When it comes to being a healthy, it is important that we get enough exercise, and of course the proper nutrition.

It was such a stressful week at work, and I couldn’t wait to put my feet up and watch TV all day.  However, my plans for a relaxing weekend was disrupted.  My friends were inviting me to watch a live performance with them, either a concert, or sports.
